Article 5: Homelessness

In her article "International Homelessness: Policy, Socio-Cultural, and Individual Perspectives" (2007), Marybeth Shinn asserts that one of the contributors to homelessness is social interactions among a personal conversations to other individuals. Shinn supports claim by announcing how our society is centered on social policies that reduce inequality amoung the people. Her purpose in is to show how homeless people have no room for social mobility because our lack of involvement, and association with them. Her tone is very argumentative as she tries to advocate for homeless people.
